PAYMENT METHODS

  • Mail your cheque or money order payable to Narraburra Ski Club, addressed to PO Box 287, Five Dock NSW 2046

  • During the winter season, bookings for fewer than 7 days will incur a 30% surcharge on Friday and/or Saturday nights. During peak rate periods the surcharge will be 60%.
  • Bookings for irregular winter periods (not a weekend or full week booking) will incur a surcharge of $30.
  • Booking priority is given to weekly bookings then weekend bookings. Members have priority over guests unaccompanied by a member.
  • Bookings for irregular periods and bookings for weekends booked by guests unaccompanied by a member will not be confirmed until 10 days prior to the date requested.
  • All bookings for weekends and “carry overs” must be confirmed with the booking manager.
  • Cancellation of a confirmed booking received more than 8 weeks before the check-in date will receive an 80% refund; Cancellations made between 6 and 8 weeks before the check-in date will receive a 30% refund; No refund will be given if cancellation is less than 
6 weeks before the check-in date.
  • The Lodge is available for bookings outside of the winter season. Please note that there may be 
working parties there during this time (except during the April school holidays).
  • Full payment is required at time of booking.
